Nanushka offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We strive to make the process seamless while ensuring our commitment to craftsmanship and conscious consumption.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return form.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
